Ecommerce Marketplace Policy
Effective for all authorized sellers on third-party online platforms

This policy applies to sales of Leg Avenue products on an ecommerce marketplace, including, without limitation, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Google Shopping, Google Merchant, eBay.com, and any other online sales platform (each platform, a "Marketplace").

As used in this policy, "Seller" means any individual or business entity that purchases, resells, distributes, or otherwise offers for sale Leg Avenue products on a Marketplace, whether as a retailer, wholesaler, distributor, or third-party reseller, and who has entered into an agreement with Leg Avenue or is otherwise authorized in writing by Leg Avenue to sell Leg Avenue products.

Seller must review, confirm, and comply with Leg Avenue's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy, a copy of which can be obtained from customer service.

Prior to marketing or selling Leg Avenue products on a Marketplace, Seller must notify Leg Avenue and receive Leg Avenue's prior written authorization to sell on that Marketplace. Seller is not authorized to market or sell Leg Avenue products on any Marketplace unless and until such written authorization has been received.

Any individual or business selling Leg Avenue products on a Marketplace without such written authorization is deemed an "Unauthorized Seller." Unauthorized Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing or selling Leg Avenue products on any Marketplace. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Unauthorized Seller is a party to any agreement with Leg Avenue. Leg Avenue reserves all rights and remedies available at law and in equity against Unauthorized Sellers, including but not limited to seeking removal of unauthorized listings, injunctive relief, and damages.
Unauthorized listing or selling of Leg Avenue products on any Marketplace is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If a Marketplace has an existing product detail page ("PDP") for a specific product, Seller must use that existing PDP. Seller may not create duplicate PDPs.

If a Marketplace does not yet have a PDP for a specific product, Seller may create such page only pursuant to the following requirements:
a)
Seller must use product information supplied by Leg Avenue, such as product title, product description, size chart, images, size, color, manufacturer, department, product category, and product dimension. Seller may not modify, misstate, or supplement any information from Leg Avenue about the product without Leg Avenue's prior written approval.
b)
The product title on any PDP must identify the brand as Leg Avenue.
c)
Before Seller submits the PDP to the Marketplace, Seller must fill out the Item Set-Up Form and submit it to [email protected] for review and written approval.
d)
Upon receipt of approval from Leg Avenue, Seller may submit the PDP request to the Marketplace only in a form identical to the content approved by Leg Avenue.

All PDPs featuring Leg Avenue products or using Leg Avenue images must identify clearly that the products are Leg Avenue brand.

Seller must inform and receive written authorization from [email protected] prior to making any changes to the PDP, and Seller may not make any such changes without prior written authorization.

If duplicate PDPs are listed on a Marketplace or if Leg Avenue notifies Seller of any unauthorized listing, Unauthorized Seller, or other Marketplace content relating to Leg Avenue products, Seller will take all requested steps to remove the duplicate listing or otherwise support Leg Avenue's enforcement efforts, including by providing information, documentation, and cooperation reasonably requested by Leg Avenue or the applicable Marketplace.

Leg Avenue reserves the right to revoke Seller's authorization to sell Leg Avenue products on some or all Marketplaces at any time. Leg Avenue also reserves the right to report, challenge, or seek removal of any Unauthorized Seller, listing, or Marketplace activity involving Leg Avenue products.
