Yes, your secrets are safe with us. Standard and free shipping orders arrive in a sleek, opaque black bag with the Leg Avenue heart logo and website subtly placed at the bottom. Expedited shipments will arrive in the carrier’s branded packaging (like FedEx or UPS).

I never received my order — what should I do?

Check with your neighbors. Often a delivery driver will leave the package with a neighbor to make sure it’s not left out in the open.Occasionally the carrier will note the package as delivered but the item is still on their truck and it hasn’t actually been dropped off yet. Give it at least 24hrs after the package says delivered for the driver to actually drop it off.Leg Avenue is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or stolen packages, carrier delays, or issues caused by weather or transit conditions. These issues are not eligible for refund or replacement.
