Returns

Lingerie, Hosiery, Wigs, Festival, Rave, Face Masks & Clearance Items are final sale. Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, we are unable to offer returns on these items for hygienic reasons.

Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & with original tags & packaging).

Leg Avenue will take back merchandise within 30 days from delivery, given that it's in the same condition you received it in with original tags and packaging i.e. boxes or poly bags. 

Shipping fees will not be credited unless the error was made on our end.

Processing returns can take a few days, please be patient.

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.

ALL HALLOWEEN PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

No returns or exchanges of orders placed from 10/15/21 to 10/31/21 will be authorized or accepted. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s) Shipped

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. Please include pictures of the defective item(s) with your request. We will provide a shipping label through e-mail along with a RA# once we confirm that the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or wrong.

How to Return

To obtain a return authorization, send an email to returns@legavenue.com and provide the details of your return or exchange. Once you have your RA#, download and fill out the return form here:

Completely fill out all requested information on your return form, especially Order # and RA#. Without this information, we will not be able to process your return and/or refund.

Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package). Make sure to print the RA# on the outside of the return package.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Transit Time: We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
